SWEET! Sucre New Orleans Review and Giveaway! (ENDED)
I love good chocolate, beautiful truffles and delicious candy. Sucré New Orleans on Magazine Street in New Orleans creates the most beautiful, most delicious sweets! I had the pleasure of sampling Sucré’s Sugar and Spice Holiday Collection and Sicilian Pistachio and Rose Petal Chocolate Bar this week and I was in chocolate heaven! The 6, 15 or 21 piece Sugar and Spice Holiday Collection contains Candy Cane White Chocolate Truffles, Gingerbread Milk Chocolate Truffles and Eggnog Dark Chocolate Truffles. I must say that it was difficult to think about eating them given how absolutely BEAUTIFUL they are. Once we were finally able to get past how gorgeous these chocolates are, we tasted them and they. are. unbelievably good! My favorite is the Gingerbread Milk Chocolate because it has a wonderful ginger flavor and my daughter’s favorite flavor is the Candy Cane White Chocolate. My son ate most of the Eggnog Dark Chocolate Truffles because that was his favorite kind.
Each truffle had a nice solid shell and melt-in-your-mouth goodness!
The unique Sicilian Pistachio and Rose Petal Chocolate Bar is DIVINE with milk chocolate, Sicilian pistachios and candied rose petals! Not only are the confections out of this world, but the packaging is very classy and simple and elegant, too.
I know that I will be ordering a box of these fabulous macaroons and these handmade marshmallows to give as gifts!
